Our Cambridge physiotherapist, Himja Upadhyay, has over 15 years of experience. She opened Helios Physiotherapy and Rehab in 2022, choosing the city because it’s a beautiful, peaceful area. Driven to make a difference in the community, Himja expanded the practice to include a wider range of services and providers, all focusing on providing exceptional one-on-one natural health care and education.
